Clayton State University is hosting a job fair for people who’ve recently been released from jail or prison.
The 3rd Annual Job Fair for Returning Citizens will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 14 at the college, located at 2000 Clayton State Boulevard.
Organizers said the event will provide:
- Access to employers
- Interview counseling
- Job readiness training
- Legal assistance
- Free business suits
Major companies will be on hand and ready to hire on the spot, according to a news release.
The event is hosted by the Henry County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in collaboration with Clayton State University and the Zeta Mu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
